Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the schedules of truck drivers.
Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and vendors.
Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers.
Monitor the status of deliveries and resolve any issues that arise.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain records of dispatch activities and driver performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Experience:

Experienced dispatchers are given priority.
Dedicated freshers are encouraged to apply.
No part-time or short-term positions are available.
