• - Reviewing monthly Financial statements before represenation to senior management
    • - Analyzing Financial results against forecast and budget, and Preparing an analysis for management review
    • - Reviewing daily settlements, AP/AR, control account and bank reconciliations
    • - Leading transformation projects
    • - Providing on-filed support & guidance on IFRS technical issues
    • Responsible for reviewing of monthly management and financial reports
    • Develop and maintain documentation of Accounting policies and procedures.
    • Providing support on technical accounting issues and guidance on the financial implications of entering complex financial transactions.
    • Perform in-depth financial analysis of the financial reports
    • Review and monitor monthly Capital adequacy & Liquidity and other regulatory ratios to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
    • Regular review of accounts, bank, payables and receivables reconciliation.
    • Reviewing treasury income workings, deferred tax calculations, Fixed asset register and Lease schedules
    • Providing support and guidance to the team member, and maintaining an adhesive and collaborative environment
    • Reviewing and approving daily settlement and schedules of branchless banking merchants
    • Reviewing Branchless Banking Dashboards and calculations of Super-agent commission/share on/of branchless banking income and related costs.
    • Reviewing and ensuring aging analysis and break-up of all asset/liabilities are prepared and up-to-date
    • Act as a key player in transformation projects
    • Ensure smooth month end/ Quarterly/ Yearly closing
    • Ensure smooth conduct of statutory/ Group and other Audits
    • Ensure financial statements along with notes are prepared as per IFRS and SBP guidelines
    • Minimum 3 years of experience of Senior level position (AVP or above) in a large-scale organization preferably banking/microfinance industry
    • A Qualified Chartered Account (ACA/ ACCA) or a FCCA only with articleship preferably from big four firms
    • Good analytical skills, adaptive to the work environment, team leader with experience of managing 12-15 people
