• Officer bill payment & processing is position for processing UBP of MMBL branches & JC sites along with tax payments received from finance department. Will ensure processing within TAT along with proper accounting entries in bank financial system. Liaison with respective departments within & outside the organization for relevant approvals for processing of bill payments.
    • Candidate should have knowledge of financial system WRT financial posting on balance sheet heads items like deposit, credits, receivables, payables, taxes and FED.
    • Knowledge of SOPs/ rules/ controls for financial payments and posting in different GL heads
    • Liaison & providing support to internal external stakeholders for liquidity management in order to have smooth operations and customer services at all level.
    • Responsible for availability of funds in respective Account s, to process the Debit Authorities & cash disbursements of agents within TAT
    • Readily available data/MIS of respective unit when required by management.
    • Responsible for timely / periodic replenishment of funds for different internal accounts linked with various customer services
    • Responsible for proper documentation and uphold financial records on daily basis for audit purpose.
    • Ensure compliance with Bank s policies and procedures as well as SBP/prudential regulations for smooth conduct of Branchless Operations efficiently and consistently.
    • Responsible for any other task assigned by Line Manager related to daily routine work.
    • Ownership of work assigned and find out alternate ways to resolve the issues.
    • Holds a Bachelor degree from reputable institution with majors in accounting & finance
    • At least 1 years of experience in banking/fintech industry, preferable branchless finance operations
