• The AVP Finance Transformation will lead key initiatives to optimize financial operations, focusing on process improvement, Oracle ERP functional and technical expertise, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This position requires comprehensive knowledge of Oracle modules relevant to finance, as well as technical skills to support configurations, customizations, and seamless process flows across systems. The AVP will work closely with finance and other departments to streamline processes, deploy automation, and ensure Oracle systems support strategic finance objectives.
    • 1. Process Improvement in Finance
    • - Identify, document, and analyze existing financial processes to highlight inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
    • - Use Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to enhance finance operations, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity.
    • - Develop and monitor KPIs to track the success of process changes and ensure continuous improvement.
    • 2. Oracle ERP Functional and Technical Leadership
    • - Act as the Oracle ERP expert for finance-related modules, including configurations, data flows, and customizations.
    • - Collaborate with finance and IT teams to optimize Oracle systems for financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and other functions.
    • - Support system upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration of Oracle with other systems.
    • 3. RPA Development and Deployment
    • - Lead RPA initiatives to automate routine financial processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • - Design, implement, and maintain RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere, aligning bots with finance processes.
    • - Provide ongoing support and optimization for RPA workflows, adapting solutions to meet changing finance requirements.
    • 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Change Management
    • - Work with cross-functional teams to ensure finance transformation initiatives are aligned with broader organizational goals.
    • - Drive change management efforts to facilitate the adoption of new processes and technologies within the finance department.
    • - Communicate transformation objectives and achievements, gaining buy-in from stakeholders and promoting transparency.
    • 5. Documentation and Training
    • - Document finance processes, Oracle configurations, and RPA workflows to build a knowledge base for finance transformation initiatives.
    • - Deliver training sessions and materials for finance teams on new processes, Oracle usage, and RPA tools to promote effective adoption.
    • - Educational Background
    • - Bachelor s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications in Oracle ERP, Lean Six Sigma, or project management are a plus.
    • - Experience
    • - 7+ years of experience in Oracle ERP functional and technical roles, process improvement, and finance transformation.
    • - Demonstrated expertise in Oracle ERP systems and financial modules, with experience in automation and process optimization.
    • - Technical Skills
    • - Proficiency in Oracle ERP modules (e.g., Financials, Supply Chain, and HR) and an understanding of technical setups and workflows.
    • - Hands-on experience with RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere for finance processes.
    • - Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement techniques.
    • - Soft Skills
    • - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a high degree of attention to detail.
    • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with finance and technical teams.
    • - Strategic mindset and adaptability, with a focus on continuous improvement and transformation.
