What is Data Analyst Digital - MMBL?

MMBL is seeking for a skilled Data Analyst to support our Digital and Core Banking domains by providing actionable insights through data analysis and business intelligence. The role involves designing, executing, and evaluating business analyses to deliver clear recommendations that drive portfolio growth, revenue enhancement, and improved user experiences.
Should be able to analyse, understand and recommend solutions to complex problems (product/business) across various sources
Should have strong quantitative & analytical skills interpreting results into actionable insights. Ability to tell stories with numbers.
Ability handle working under tight deadlines without compromising on data analtyics quality, knows importance of prioritization
Structured, process/people-oriented approach towards problem solving
Great at stakeholder management, both on support and customer side

What Data Analyst Digital - MMBL does?

Able in devising, preparing data & analysis
Design, Execute and Evaluate business analysis to present clear crisp actionable recommendations (both in Digital & Core Banking business domains) for growing Digital (portfolio/product) base, revenues and improvement of user experiences.
Further develop our framework for reporting, analytics and methods for Digital portfolio; leveraging Data Visualization, DWH and Analytics tools and teams. Includes, Structured reporting, Descriptive analysis, Predictive analysis, Prescriptive analysis.
Tools at least include Excel, Power BI, App + Website analysis: Google Analytics, Console and Firebase. Ability to at least analyze drivers, funnels, conversions and portfolio trends.
Partner with Channel, Product and BI teams for managing Adhoc, Operational and Strategic business reporting. Well versed in conversing with technical and business teams alike, with clear objective analysis & reporting.
Support to management & product owners in collecting, analyzing, and reporting on various products data regarding State Bank, Customers, Markets, Competitors, User behavior (acquisition and engagement) and Campaigns. Key objective being measure performance and support business decisions.
Responsible for ensuring Completeness, Accuracy and Validity of all data analytics.
Answer business questions raised by stakeholders, including drivers for Users/Revenue, What-If, Cause-Effect.
Maintaining and delivering on a roadmap for Digital analytics, with support from stakeholders.

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Data Analyst Digital - MMBL?

Education: Bachelors or MBA (In Finance or Marketing or CS background
Minimum of 2-3 years work experience, hands on experience in Performance Analytics & reporting.
Focus on analysis frameworks & performance mgmt. Product funnels & reporting portfolio.
Sufficient banking business knowledge and preferably digital business
Attention to detail
Problem solver
Collaborator
Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation
