    • Will be the first point of contact, ensuring a warm and professional welcome for all visitors.
    • Management of the front desk, answer incoming calls, and respond to emails in a timely manner.
    • Overseeing of appointments, meetings (internal/external), and visitor check-ins, as well as coordinating with security staff for access management.
    • Handling of visitor records, greet guests, and ensure the front desk area maintains the company s brand image.
    • Managing Caf attendance, receive and verify invoices, and track supply orders for branches, ensuring email acknowledgment of quantities ordered.
    • Reservation of boardrooms and meeting spaces and addressing any related queries.
    • Having strong organizational skills and a proactive approach and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused operation in a fast-paced environment
    • Job Requirement Hold a bachelor s degree from a reputable Institution.
    • Have a minimum of 03 years experience as Customer Service Specialist.
