• An Assistant Manager Digital Payment Operations handles liquidity management, fund replenishment, and disbursements for branchless banking agents and franchises. They ensure timely processing and reconciliation of financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for reporting. They also manage compliance with bank policies and regulations, resolve customer complaints, and assist in automating processes and improving workflow.
    • Responsible to handle agents liquidity (funds inflow/ outflow) of bank s branchless banking agents, franchises, bank s branches / centres etc. including bulk disbursements, cash replenishment and periodic reimbursements.
    • Ensure reporting to finance and treasury departments about fund holdings in the correspondent banks on daily basis for respective financial transactions.
    • Responsible for arrangement of relevant approval for availability of funds in respective account s, to process the debit authorities & cash disbursements of agents within TAT.
    • Responsible for replenishment of funds for different internal accounts where different services are linked such as Nano Loan, B2B transactions.
    • Ensure that merchant payment are processed & settled after proper reconciliation as per TAT for each set of transaction i.e for card, QR, vouchers, wallets & direct debits.
    • Responsible for proper documentation and uphold financial records on daily basis for audit purpose.
    • Responsible for liaison/coordination with cross functional teams for data reporting & transaction processing.
    • Responsible for reconciliation and balancing of settlement accounts of CPS and T-24 on daily basis.
    • Responsible for franchise weekly/quarterly credit posting as per funds arrangement and pull back on maturity and its settlement at both end.
    • Responsible for commission/tax refundable disbursement of franchises/retailors.
    • Responsible for processing reversals, recoveries & pending transactions to timely resolve complaints raised by customers.
    • Responsible for compliance with Bank s policies and procedures as well as SBP/prudential regulations for smooth conduct of Bank Operations efficiently and consistently.
    • Responsible for timely resolution of complaints in order to provide best customer-service standards.
    • Assist manager branchless finance in day-to-day operations and provide visibility of team performance.
    • Assist manager branchless finance in automation of processes and digitalization of manual work flow
    • Holds a Bachelor s Finance degree. However, Master s/Post-Grad would be preferred.
    • At least 5 years of experience in digital payment in banking/fintech industry.
