- All application first level support (IHA / Third Party Application), manage the Production Environment of In-House & Third Party Applications along with Deployment and monitoring of all Applications.

- Manage the DR Environment of In-House & Third Party Applications
- Manage the Application synchronization between DR & Live
- Complaints Records management
- Compliance to SOPs and Policies
- Deploy the new portal/application (IHA/ Third Party Application)
- Security Vulnerabilities fixation as per recommendation in IS Report
- SBP/External Audit observation fixation as per report
- All Application server monitoring and manage the application performance
- Coordination with Vendor for third party relevant systems
- Tickets resolution
- Strictly adhere to and enforce change management policies and ensure compliance to the banks Information Security policies.
- Other additional tasks assigned by supervisor
- Hold a 4 years bachelor degree in Computer Sciences from a well reputed institution. In case of 2 years bachelor degree, Masters in same discipline will be required.
- Have 3 or more years of IT experience preferably in Application Management & Support.
- Software Development Experience is preferred
