• 1- Managing Fixed Asset Register (FAR)
    • 2- Updating IFRS-16 Leases
    • 3- Reviewing sales staff incentives
    • 4- Validating data transacted from core banking and branchless banking into reporting ERP
    • 5- Conducting annual Fixed Assets verification exercise
    • 6- Supporting Manager Accounts in any other task assigned
    • 1- Updating Fixed Asset Register(FAR). Recording additions, disposals and inter-branch transfers
    • 2- Communicating with relevant stakeholders and inquiring progress on CWIP items
    • 3- Conducting annual branch-wise FAR reconciliation exercise, and updating and reconciling with General Ledgers
    • 4- Updating IFRS-16 leases for additions and deletions, and reconciling Property Management Module with General Ledgers
    • 5- Recording branch-wise expense for invoices
    • 6- Reviewing monthly sales staff incentive workings
    • 7- Validating the data transacted from core banking and branchless banking system in to reporting ERP
    • 8- Preparing prepayments, advances and deposits schedules, and recording monthly amortizations
    • 9 - Taking initiatives for digitalization and automation of process
    • 10- Co-ordinating with internal and external auditors, and concluding assignments within deadlines
    • 11- Assisting Manager Accounts in any other task assigned
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
    • Only CA (finalist) preferably from BIG 3 / ACCA affiliate with proven work experience in a public limited company or a large-scale organization.
