We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, presenting our consultancy services, and driving sales to help businesses find the best energy solutions. If you’re passionate about sales, have a knack for communication, and are eager to contribute to a sustainable future, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce them to our Solution services.
  • Understand clients' energy needs and provide tailored recommendations for our consultancy services.
  • Present and explain the benefits of working with us in finding economical energy suppliers.
  • Follow up on leads and convert prospects into clients by demonstrating the value of our services.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in tele sales or a similar sales role, preferably in the energy or consultancy sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Enthusiasm for sustainability and energy efficiency is a plus.
