Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team to achieve performance goals and objectives
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and skills
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to foster their professional development
Monitor team performance and productivity, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with other team leads and managers to ensure alignment of goals and objectives
Serve as a point of contact for escalated issues and provide solutions
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, share best practices, and address concerns
Maintain a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork and open communication

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
