- Build relationships with new customers and maintain relationship with existing and potential customers.
- Present and promote our products, highlighting their benefits and features.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing sales activities and strategies.
- Coordinate and schedule timely deliveries to customers. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during transportation and delivery.
- Support and assist customers regarding product inquiries and issues. Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly. Maintain detailed records of customer accounts and transactions.
