We are currently seeking a dynamic and visionary Business Developer to join our marketing agency. As a Business Developer, you will play a critical role in driving the agency's growth by identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for creating and implementing effective business development strategies and establishing strong relationships with prospective clients. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, networking, and relationship-building activities.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and partnerships, tracking and managing opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and creative, to develop compelling proposals and pitches tailored to prospective clients' needs and objectives.
  • Lead and participate in client presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions to secure new business and partnerships.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and strategic partners to enhance the agency's visibility and reputation.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Track and report on business development activities, pipeline progress, and sales performance metrics to senior management.

Requirements: 

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably within the marketing or advertising industry.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet or exceed targets.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a natural ability to connect with people and foster partnerships.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and driving long-term value.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tools, and other business development technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
