We are seeking skilled and experienced ( Work from Office ) Final Expense Closers to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads into sales by providing top-notch customer service and persuasive communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Close sales from verified and qualified leads provided by the company.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their insurance needs.
- Present product features and benefits to align with customer requirements.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and achieve collective goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Final Expense or insurance sales.
- Strong closing skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
