Key Responsibilities:

Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to promote real estate projects.
Utilize SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels to achieve marketing goals.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to adjust strategies accordingly.
Develop engaging and high-quality content for websites and social media.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Design and execute lead generation campaigns to capture and nurture potential clients.
Provide regular reports on key metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Work closely with the sales, design, and development teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
