We are looking for a skilled Accountant to join our dynamic team. If you have a background in accounting and strong experience in managing receivables, this could be the perfect role for you!
Qualifications:
- ACCA, ICMA, PIPFA, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field.
Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in Financial Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Receivables Management & Reporting.
- Proficiency in Accounting & ERP software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong business acumen, interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with management.
Experience:
- 4-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivables, with a solid understanding of credit control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and report on receivables.
- Oversee credit control function.
- Record and apply receipts, and credit/debit memos.
- Maintain proper follow-up and liaise with customers.
- Coordinate with collection and sales teams.
- Perform monthly reconciliations.
- Prepare customer statements and aging reports.
- Conduct various receivable analyses.
