- Supervise and train farm workers; manage work schedules.
- Manage the hiring of senior/technical staff of farms.
- Supervisor the purchase of farm expenses.
- Monitor and maintain farm equipment and ensure biosecurity standards.
- Manage inventory and procurement of feed and supplies.
- Maintain records of production, flock performance, and expenses.
