Sales / Marketing Manager

We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and execute our sales and marketing strategies. The role requires an innovative thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for renewable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.

Marketing Campaigns: Design and oversee marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.

Team Management: Supervise and motivate the sales and marketing team to meet and exceed targets.

Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to adapt strategies.

Partnerships: Build relationships with potential partners and vendors to drive business growth.

Performance Analysis: Track sales and marketing metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
At least 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools.
