We are looking for an HR Recruiter who can help us attract, screen, and select qualified applicants for available jobs in our company. This role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, developing sourcing strategies, and making job postings.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Screens and interviews candidates
- Posting job ads and reviewing resumes and job applications
- Creates a recruitment network on social media and other mediums
- Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
- Coordinate and partner with the talent acquisition team to design and execute recruitment strategies
- Write and post job descriptions, and frequently engage with prospective candidates on various hiring and social media portal
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
Required skills and qualifications
- BBA/MBA degree (or equivalent) in human resource management.
- At least 3 years of Experience in HR recruiter hiring, Screening developing recruitment strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements
