Loop is building out physical and digital infrastructure to allow business in emerging markets to automatically digitize business cash payments at large scale.

We're looking for great team members to join us as we scale in Pakistan and beyond. Responsibilities:

You will typically lead a team of 3–5 engineers to architect, design and help deliver software products with high levels of value, usability, quality, and predictability.
In this role, you will employ agile methodologies to quickly provide our customers with the first principals financial products that they require.
You will help combine the latest open-source technologies together with traditional enterprise software products.
You will be a core member of the team with responsibilities that range from driving the architecture design and technology decisions for shaping the next generation of our products.
You will also be responsible for leading multiple development teams and project work streams while delivering best in class enterprise grade software solutions across a breadth of different platforms and technologies.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Computing/Information Technology or equivalent.
3-4 years of professional experience and solid knowledge of software development including leading a team and a project workstream.
Strong application development knowledge in any of the following technologies: JavaScript, Android (Kotlin/Java), Java, Go.
Demonstrated track record of successfully understanding the business requirements and designing realistic and effective solutions.
Knowledge of Agile software development process.
2+ years of proven experience in leading cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of agile testing approaches such as unit, integration and end-to-end testing.
Familiarity with testing frameworks such as RSpec, JUnit or Selenium.
Good working knowledge of at least one cloud-based hosting platform such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively.
