Client Success Manager

Are you an energetic and driven professional looking to make a significant impact in the tech industry? LiveGreeter, based in Lahore, is seeking passionate individuals to join its dynamic Client Success Department.

Responsibilities:

Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
Demonstrate exceptional sales and client success management skills to meet and exceed client expectations.
Provide excellent communication and support, demonstrating proficiency in phone interactions.
Adaptability to work night shifts (6pm-3am) with weekends off (SAT-SUN).

Qualifications:

2 - 3 years of demonstrated sales experience with client success management, preferably in the US market.
Proficiency in English communication and a proven track record of successful client engagement.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, meeting targets and objectives.
