Medical Billing Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the medical billing processes for our US-based company and our sub-office located in Scheme 3, Rawalpindi, Pakistan. You will ensure accurate and timely claim submission, manage denials and appeals, and stay up-to-date on all relevant coding and billing regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the medical billing team in both the US and Rawalpindi offices.
Ensure accurate and timely coding and billing of medical claims according to US healthcare standards (ICD-10, CPT).
Submit claims electronically and follow up on claim status.
Manage denials and appeals to maximize reimbursement.
Stay up-to-date on all relevant coding and billing regulations.
Generate reports and analyze billing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in medical billing software and terminology.

Qualifications:

Certified Medical Billing and Coding professional (CPC) or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in medical billing and coding, preferably in a US healthcare setting.
Strong understanding of US healthcare insurance and reimbursement processes.
Experience managing and leading a team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
