Position: Customer Service Representative
Education: Bachelors or Equivalent
Experience: 6 months - 1 year
Timings: Morning, Evening & Night shifts (Rotational)
Job Responsibilities:
- - Respond to customer queries across phone, email, and live chat channels, ensuring professional communication
- - Educate customers on products and services
- - Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues to achieve customer service goals
- - Handle all customer interactions as per service standards, policies, and procedures while maintaining knowledge of bank services
- - Demonstrate familiarity with Shariah-compliant banking terms and systems: flexible availability for shifts
- - Prior experience in Shariah-compliant banking systems
