- Responsible for Plumbing, Water & Sewer Management (transmission & distribution lines)
- Lead & monitor Water & Sewer maintenance team to run Water & Sewerage network on best industry practices.
- Take initiatives to minimize day to day complaints related to water & sewerage, pump rooms & other residential area complaints.
- Have the best knowledge of plumbing remedial actions to eliminate breakdown issues and ability to provide firm solutions.
- Must have deep knowledge about NRV, fire fighting, Gate valve, pump header / suction discharge, flow meter, level sensor, automation of pumps and water pipe nomenclature in buildings.
- Ensuring equipment meets all building codes and safety regulations, and necessary modifications are implemented.
- Conducting regular inspections and checks of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and ensuring all building code requirements are met.
- Candidate must have excellent leadership capability and problem solving skills.
