- Supervise and manage all aspects of the factory's canteen, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to food safety regulations.
- Implement efficient systems for food ordering, inventory management, and waste reduction.
- Collaborate with management to identify areas requiring policy development or revision.
- Ensure policies are effectively communicated to all stakeholders and facilitate training sessions as needed.
- Work closely with department heads and frontline staff to ensure SOPs are practical, actionable, and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Provide administrative support to the Admin Manager and other departments as required.
