- A senior level experienced and competent individual (Currently working as GM/ DGM Production) with minimum 10-15 years of experience in knitted garments’ production
- Strong insight and market knowledge of knitted garments industry.
- With Strategic vision ability to manage production and management functions in efficient, lean and productive way.
- Ability to manage teams of professionals with strong management and leadership skills keeping in view the complexity, unfamiliarity and volume of work.
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams for efficiency and effectiveness in operations and to meet deadlines.
