  • Location: Lahore Only (Male)
  • Education: BSC/BBA/BIT or higher
  • Experience: 1-2 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
  • Identify sales opportunities and challenges to drive business growth.
  • Building a solid customer base by maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Analyzing customer feedback and creating strategies to improve sales performance.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budget plans.
  • Report sales and marketing activities to senior management team.
  • Lead a team of sales executives.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in the construction/interior/builders industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to close deals and build a strong network of clients.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Good understanding of market trends.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
