Our headquarters in Dubai, we are one of the largest authorized resellers of tours, sightseeing, attraction tickets, transfers, and holiday packages in the region. We enable our guests to book tours, attractions tickets, and other experiences on the go at the last minute and give them immediate confirmation & e-tickets for the bookings.

In addition, with extensive local market knowledge and continuous evaluation of our guests' needs, we offer tailor-made/ready-to-book Holiday & Honeymoon packages that mostly meet travelers' needs without any adjustments.The holiday experts team can make any changes or completely customize the holiday packages upon request from guests.

What you will do

As a Travel Agent, you will be part of the reservation team. You’ll be based in Pakistan and your primary responsibility will be processing online bookings, send quotation to holiday packages inquiries and do followups.

We only hire people in Bahria town and nearby.

Responsibilities:

Answering telephone calls.
Good typing speed i.e 30 to 40 words per minute.
Professional Behavior.
Delivering a high level of professional customer service at all times.
Dealing with email bookings and inquires.
Deal with different levels of people.
Ability to plan ahead and work under pressure.
