Merchandiser

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser. The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing the product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. They will also create and manage item selection, placement, and in-season inventory management at all E-commerce retail websites. Merchandisers will be responsible to work with the production department to ensure quality and timely delivery of order. In this role, the Merchandiser will work closely with the production team and will report directly to the Senior Manager of Sales and Marketing.

Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Sales and Retail is a must
Knowledge of Marketing techniques and practices
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
Master's / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field is preferred
Experience in the textile industry is a plus
Experience in inventory and order management.
Experience in Fabric Identification and Dying Technologies.

Skills

Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power point)
PDF files creation and editing
Adobe Photoshop and illustrator (know how)
ERP data input and understating.
Active Correspondence via email and WhatsApp.
Fabric development
Garments Development
Garments & Design Sheets.

Experience

2 -5 Years experience in reputable textile & garments manufacturer company.

Relevant experience and qualifications, along with passion and determination for the position, will also be considered. Garments Engineers will be preferred.
