Skills Required:

Base Salary: 30,000 to 40,000 PKR + Incentive

Must have 2 to 3 years of working experience in a call center with good sales/results.

Job Description:

Serve as a human resources business partner by establishing and maintaining relationships with hiring clients and vendors to partner on current and future hiring needs.
Talk to/interview potential hiring clients and vendors to find out about the candidate regarding job responsibilities, technology/software/applications used in the Project, qualifications, and skills required for the job.
Ability to provide/update technical resumes upon understanding the experience of the consultant.
Strong communication and written skills along with an understanding of IT Projects.
Ability to think on feet along with attention to detail.
Perform searches for qualified candidates using computer databases, Internet recruiting resources (CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter), cold calls, referrals, networking, and social media.
Verify candidate employment history, professional references, and background checks (Sterling). Refer applicants to hiring managers within the organization, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Format potential resumes and create write-ups for clients for submissions.

Qualifications and Experience:

Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
One to three years of experience as an international sales/recruitment executive but not a must.
Good command of written and spoken English, and excellent communication skills.
