He/she will learn how to execute administrative matters, service delivery and Learning & development initiatives through on job learning methodology.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. The incumbent will be involved in EMPOWER related activities.
2. He/ She will be responsible for maintaining hard files of EMPOWER according to compliance of Audit/ Meal team.
3. He /She will be assisting Cluster team in field activities and reports making.
4. Will be oriented on Child Rights, Child Protection, Safeguarding, and PSEA. Will be involved to celebrate International Days.
5. Will be presenting and sharing their learnings at the end of each month.
6. Will be guided and motivated for bringing some innovation to the program routine activities.
7. Orientation on online portals, policy and operational manual.
8. Will be involved in seasonal program from planning to execution.
9. Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
Person Specification
It is essential that the post holder shows a good understanding and sympathy with the organizational values & principles, vision and mission as well as commitment to its SEAH (Sexual Exploitation Abuse and Harassment) protocols. We have zero tolerance policy towards SEAH and doesn’t support any action that promote or encourage SEAH.
Required Qualification and Experience
• Fresh Graduate or Maximum up to 6 month experience
• Masters/ Graduation or equivalent (Preferably in social sciences or related discipline)
• Competent IT skills - MS Office (essential)
