1 - 2 years of hands-on experience in the installation of solar systems, planning & designing of solar projects, and net metering implementation.

Relevant candidates are encouraged to apply.

Assisting in evaluation of proposals and structural vulnerability assessment of solar project’s infrastructures to be retrofitted.
Assisting in assessing the feasibility and engineering solution on structural mitigation and retrofitting work.
Reviewing the detailed structural design, bill of quantities and technical specifications for all grant proposals.
Assisting in the characterization of structures for vulnerability analysis in relation to probable hazard scenarios.
Advising on the field implementation of retrofitting projects.
Site visits and surveys.
Working knowledge of energy modelling, PV specific modelling, standard electrical calculations, basic structural & mechanical calculation
Experience in providing technical support for energy-related projects with accountability for project performance and design
Strong knowledge of PV components and related manufacturers
Experience in value engineering of photovoltaic or other constructions projects
Experience with medium voltage power electronics
Good working knowledge of standard utility process for interconnection approval and design requirements.
Proficiency with industry standard software (i.e PVsyst, Helioscope, pvPLanner, AutoCAD etc.)
Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
