The candidate will be required both in day, afternoon and night shifts. Please do no tapply if you can't work in night shifts.

Ideal candidates must have good a command in English, awareness of the British accent will be an added advantage but not necessary and be a good communicator and negotiator and must have call ethics.
Able to work in a pressurized environment and able to take ownership of the problem with reasonable solution.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a call center and also must be proficient in Microsoft Office and be able to use different software and internet tools.
Full training will be provided but you should be a quick learner.
We will provide a good environment, a decent compensation package and other fringe benefits after the successful completion of the probation period.
Potential start date within 1-2 weeks.
People living within reasonably commutable distance nearby will be preferred.
We need someone with a can-do attitude and is willing to learn and committed to work.
