Salary and Commissions:

Commissions are paid in AED.

Onboard your own team - HR Consultancy (Work from Home) [Limited Slots]:

Basic Pay: 30,000 - 80,000 PKR

Monthly Commission: 5 - 25% of monthly salary for every onboarded recruit
Additional Bonus: Up to 25,000 PKR recruitment bonus for every recruit
Monthly Commission: 50% of monthly salary for every onboarded recruit
Additional Bonus: Up to 50,000 PKR recruitment bonus for every recruit
Bring your own team of up to 3 people, collaborate and work with your own team
Basic Pay: 15,000 - 50,000 PKR
Monthly Commission: 15 - 25% of monthly salary for every onboarded recruit
Additional Bonus: Up to 25,000 PKR recruitment bonus for every recruit

Requirements:

Relevant English proficiency is required.
Proven experience as an HR Consultant or in a similar talent acquisition role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Familiarity with HR practices and talent acquisition strategies.
Proficiency in using technology platforms, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
Ability to work independently and remotely (if applicable).
Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.

Working Hours (Pakistan Time | GMT +5)

Monday: 10am–6pm

Tuesday: 10am–6pm

Wednesday: 10am–6pm

Thursday: 10am–6pm

Friday: 10am–6pm (Break 1pm - 2pm)

Saturday: Off

Sunday: Work from Home (Flexible hours with tasks limited to closing sales and essential operations etc.)
