Industrial Design Equipment Control Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Supervisor with 2-4 years of experience to oversee mechanical operations and ensure the smooth execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems, equipment, and components.
- Lead a team of technicians, ensuring they follow project plans, safety standards, and company procedures.
- Monitor day-to-day operations, manage project timelines, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues on-site, providing technical guidance to the team when needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on all job sites.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any issues encountered during the project.
- Assist in procurement and inventory management for mechanical materials and tools.
Qualifications:
- DAE or Diploma in mechanical or a related field from a recognized institution.
- 2-4 Years of experience in mechanical supervision or a related role.
