We are seeking a motivated and experienced Quality Manager to join our calibration lab team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience in quality management within a calibration laboratory environment, with a strong understanding of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements and hands-on experience in PNAC audit processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain the quality management system (QMS) in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards.
- Lead the preparation, execution, and follow-up of PNAC audits, ensuring all documentation and procedures meet regulatory requirements.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure continuous improvement of the quality management system.
- Manage calibration processes and ensure accurate documentation and traceability of equipment and instruments.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformances.
- Train and guide staff on quality standards and ISO/IEC 17025 practices.
- Prepare quality reports and present findings to senior management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing quality-related concerns.
- Females are highly encouraged.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- Min 3 - 4 years of experience in a calibration lab environment.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and its implementation.
- Experience handling PNAC audits is a must.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
