Able to supervise recruitment activities being undertaken on contemporary tools of social media including linked-in, face book, and other social media platforms
Able to manage recruitment activities through conventional methods of talent acquisition like newspaper ads, university placement offices etc.
Able to conduct industry analysis and map talent as per corporate requirement
Able to build amiable connections with Educational institutes and professional organizations to source talent.
Able to plan, execute and monitor job fairs at renowned platforms and universities for identification of required talent
Able to smoothly execute and monitor selection related activities, as per client’s requirements
Able to liaison with respective client for identifying vacancies and the specifications thereof.
Able to successfully identify, place and develop internees, under the internship program of the organization
Able to maintain daily report of activities and provide information report to management as per requirement
Able to lead the R&S team with timely completion of assigned targets.
