As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily sales activities, managing sales teams, and ensuring that sales targets are met. You will track the movement of vehicles, monitor daily sales figures, and report to senior management. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities and the ability to enhance team performance while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide the sales team across multiple distribution points.
- Monitor and track vehicle movement to ensure efficient delivery.
- Oversee daily sales reports and ensure sales targets are met.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for timely product dispatch and inventory management.
- Provide training and support to the sales staff.
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner.
