We are seeking a passionate and empathetic Relationship Manager to join our team and drive the growth and success of our wealth management services. As the Relationship Manager in expanding our client base, cultivating strategic partnerships, and nurturing long-term relationships with investors. Your expertise and compassion will enable you to make a positive impact on clients' financial well-being while contributing to the growth of our organization.

Responsibilities:

1.       Identify and engage potential clients, including high-net-worth individuals, large institutions, and other relevant market segments, to promote our wealth management services

2.       Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their trusted advisor and addressing their investment needs with empathy and understanding.

3.       Collaborate with the product development team to ensure our wealth management services meet the evolving demands and preferences of investors, offering solutions that align with their financial goals.

4.       Cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders such as financial advisors, wealth managers, and distribution channels, fostering mutually beneficial relationships that drive business growth.

5.       Lead presentations, seminars, and workshops to educate potential clients and industry professionals about the benefits of our wealth management services and the value they can bring to their investment portfolios.

6.       Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials, campaigns, and digital strategies that resonate with our target audience, conveying our commitment to shariah-compliant, ethical and responsible investment practices.

Qualifications & experience:

1.       Master’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

2.       Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within the mutual funds or investment management industry.

3.       In-depth knowledge of mutual funds, investment strategies, and financial markets, with a genuine interest in helping organizations & high net worth individuals in achieving their financial goals.

4.       Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues.

5.       Demonstrated ability to think strategically in identifying business opportunities.

6.       Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a simple, clear and compelling manner.

7.       Result oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

8.       Ethical and responsible approach to business, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and promoting transparency and fairness in all interactions.

9.       Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

10.   Empathy and compassion for clients' financial journeys, with a commitment to providing exceptional service and support.
