We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented eBay Specialist Intern to join our e-commerce team! As an eBay Specialist Intern, you will assist in managing our eBay presence, listing and delisting products, handling customer service, and analyzing sales data to optimize our eBay strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain our eBay store, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product listings
- Create and edit product listings, utilizing HTML and CSS skills
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with eBay policies and changes, ensuring compliance and optimal performance
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of eBay and e-commerce platforms
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic HTML and CSS skills
- Data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
