Maintaining financial records: This involves managing accounts payable and receivable, the general ledger, and other financial data.
Processing transactions: Ensure smooth financial transactions by recording payments, invoices, and other financial activities.
Reconciling accounts: Regularly reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other accounts to identify and rectify any discrepancies.
Financial reporting: Preparing basic financial statements and reports to assist with financial analysis.
Compliance: Adherence to local, state, and federal financial regulations.
Budget and forecasting: Assist with preparing the annual budget and financial forecasts.
