We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor involved in Civil Works for our client, a leading construction company based in Karachi. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership and construction site management skills.
Key Responsibilities:•
- Supervise daily construction site activities.
- Ensure project timelines, safety regulations, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other site workers.
- Understand and be able to execute the layouts and drawings, and be involved in the complete process of constructing the houses or bungalows from initiation till completion.
- Report project progress to management.
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in construction site supervision.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills (Urdu and English).
- Knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
Benefits:
