Responsibilities:
Identify and bid on relevant projects
Write compelling, customized proposals
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs
Negotiate terms and close deals
Maintain a high response rate and client satisfaction
Track bidding activities and outcomes
Requirement and Skills:
Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder (1-2 years)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong understanding of Upworks platform and bidding process
Ability to write persuasive and personalized proposals
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Self-motivated and able to work independentl
Other details:
- Company Strength: 20+
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Timings: For Females: 1PM-9PM For Males: 5PM-2AM
- Work Mode: Onsite
- Experience: 1-2 years
