Key Responsibilities:

Demand Generation:

  • Campaign Strategy and Execution:
    1. Develop, execute, and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, webinars, and digital advertising.
    2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
    3. Implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to target key accounts and industries.
  • Lead Generation and Management:
    1. Drive lead generation efforts to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
    2. Manage lead nurturing and scoring programs to convert leads into sales-qualified opportunities.
    3. Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead quality and follow-up processes.
  • Analytics and Optimization:
    1. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using various analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo).
    2. Provide regular reporting on key metrics, campaign performance, and ROI to stakeholders.
    3. Identify and implement optimization strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.

SEO:

  • SEO Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities and optimize existing content.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation and website updates.
  • On-Page and Off-Page Optimization:
    1. Optimize website elements, including meta tags, headings, images, and internal linking structure.
    2. Execute off-page SEO strategies such as backlink building, influencer outreach, and social bookmarking.
  • Technical SEO:
    1. Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
    2. Work with web developers to implement technical SEO recommendations and ensure site health.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    1. Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Moz, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
    2. Provide regular reports on SEO performance, keyword rankings, and traffic trends.
    3. Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve SEO strategies.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and content teams, to ensure cohesive campaign execution and SEO integration.
  • Act as a liaison between the marketing team and external vendors or partners.

Market and Industry Research:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for demand generation and SEO.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a related role with a strong emphasis on SEO.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Proven track record of successful SEO campaigns and demand generation efforts.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of demand generation and SEO strategies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
