Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients on Freelance and Upwork.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably with Freelance Upwork or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Upwork and Freelance ecosystem and services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
