JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Generate leads by building good and professional relationships with clients.
Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Promote the company services by addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Experience: 1 - 2 Years.
Familiarity with IT skills especially with AWS Cloud, Web Development, Data, or Full Stack Development IT skills.
The candidate should be able to upsell a resource/developer to the client with a resource augmentation model.
Candidate should be able to draft contracts and manage and drive the relationships with clients.
Candidate should be able to conduct and attend the meetings and be responsible for project sale win objective.
Cold call or email experience for marketing.
Upwork / Fiverr / LinkedIn Sales to drive the relationships and earn project sales.
Able to work in Evening Shift.
Time management and planning skills.
Proficiency in English.
Must be able to learn and adopt software development processes.
Communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills.
Ability to build reports.
Bachelor's degree in computer sciences (BSCS/SE) or other related fields.

Experience: 1-2 years
Timings: Preferred evening timings - 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM (there will be a bonus if someone joins within this time)
