We're seeking an HR Coordinator to join our team. If you have at least 2 years of HR experience and enjoy helping with various HR tasks, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Implement performance management systems and provide feedback for employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws in the USA.
  • Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Manage HR administrative tasks such as record-keeping and payroll processing.
  • Utilize social networks for effective recruitment.
  • Adhere to company HR policies and procedures diligently.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic HR software.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
