We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of Hotel Croydon. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, managing staff effectively, and driving profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the hotel team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Set clear expectations and goals for staff members and lead by example.
Guest Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service throughout all departments. Address guest concerns and feedback promptly and effectively to uphold the hotel's reputation for excellence.
Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and administration. Implement efficient processes and procedures to optimize operations and enhance guest experience.
Financial Management: Develop and manage the hotel budget, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded while controlling costs and expenses. Analyze financial performance regularly and take corrective actions as needed.
Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive revenue growth and increase occupancy rates. Develop and implement strategies to attract new guests and retain existing clientele.
Staff Training and Development: Recruit, train, and motivate staff members to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance targets. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and hotel policies. Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees by implementing appropriate safety protocols and procedures.
