You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient order processing while delivering excellent customer service. You will be responsible for accurately recording customer orders, addressing inquiries, and providing assistance as needed to enhance the overall dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing:

  • Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing the restaurant's ordering system or POS (Point of Sale) system.
  • Verify order details to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items, specials, and promotions.

Customer Service:

  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and courteously.
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders and communicate any delays or issues to customers.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to relay order details and ensure timely preparation and delivery of food.
  • Communicate special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen team.
  • Coordinate with other staff members to maintain a smooth flow of operations during peak hours.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree Preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or food service roles preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in order-taking and transaction processing.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
