As a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager at Honda car dealership, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with customers via dedicated channels including email, push, sms and other social media platforms. Your role will involve overseeing various CRM initiatives, utilizing data analytics to enhance customer experience, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their ownership journey. This position requires strong communication skills along with basic use of CRM software.
Responsibilities
1. Create and execute comprehensive CRM strategies to enhance customer retention, loyalty, and satisfaction for the Honda car dealership.
2. Map out the customer journey and implement processes to provide a seamless experience, from initial contact through to post-purchase support and beyond.
3. Conduct training sessions for dealership staff to enhance their understanding of CRM practices, customer service standards, and effective customer engagement techniques.
4. Collect and analyze customer feedback through various channels (surveys, online reviews, etc.) to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Proven experience of 1-2 years in customer relationship management or a similar role, preferably within the banks or automotive industry.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers.
4. Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and customer engagement platforms.
